it wasn't begin with a good aura..children infectious's teacher just full of PMS mood..shitzz!! we were absent yesterday coz we were having victory holiday!hahahaha..mampus lah kau cikgu..bosan..bosan.but luckily i havei such cute patient..opss dont worry...masih kecik lagi tu..cute little boy 2 years old..emm but yg shitzz nya i dunt knw wat diagnosis yet to put on his case history..Mayb just URTI..ok esok check blood test yer..emmmm mampus ler ....
