after long weekend break~~

feel so lazy to wake up in the morning..and my body still paining there and there after the physical training last weekend..damn!! :) and actually nothing much to share today rather thn today we have patient wit diagnosis : final stage of kidney failure who will undergo kidney transplantation abt 6months from now.arterial venous fistula are alrdy transplant and ready for hemodiaysis( utk cuci darah ). prognosis are good even in final stage of kidney failure according to GFR rate . coz she is young 30years old and in good general condition and no other organ are affected..insyallh she will be fine.


and today ... :) we meet Dr prosolov to" hand over" present to him as f or "men's day ) hehehe...blushing and tersipu2 dia.. hahahhahaha...well hope he will remember all of us alwz :) amin


i guess my brain are hypoxic today coz i keep on feel sleepy..tht too bad!!

Dr/ Sir Prosolov ..

 last saturday  we having class on saturday,its kinda victory if there is no class on saturday!my beloved teacher Dr prosolov just cant "dismiss" us on saturday@ cant stop missing us ??hahahha..btw this morning i was damn lazy and it took me abot 15mint on the bed to think either wanna go class or not? thn i has to go by cab ..lambt suda bah and mls mau jln..

im feel so luck to be in class today COZ sir/  Dr Prozolov was totally different today..he become so nice to us..having conversation abt life..he wonder why we dunt hv bf/gf / just get along with russian ppl here..hehehe and he dunt believe tht we still not mastering the language..ahhaah..coz we have bog barrier here..international student and classes are separated frm other russian student..:) he look more cuter and handsome once he changed to be sumone more approachable ..cehhhh..its not only my view ya..the other of my group mate also said so ..and coz of it we were decided to gv him present as for 'Man's day'..:)

and today seems the first time eva happened when Dr Natalia seems begging to teach us for the other week of therapy cycle..hahahha..there is another story behind tht..which im not interested to write here.

i guess im so out dated lah..coz im just started watching this ugly bettey series ( english version ya)..i did watch the Spanish version long time back ago..emmm over 10 yeears ago i guess..while i was bck in hight school..gosh i can remember how i been waiting every 4.30pm to watch tht series on tv..hahahahaha..now evrythg download jer..:)) i guess the story line will be about the same as previous betty..and so far wat i can remember the betty here in english version emm do really look like previous betty~~

Introduction of the day : i so surprise me when Dr prosolov call my full name " Mazliana " for the 1st time correctly..emmm okey..and he asked me " Why were u absent yesterday " and i replied him " i was fall down on the snow sir" with my big smile~~and again he replied me " OH okey..be careful next time " hahahahha okey nothing smell so scandalous ..coz mdm elena was there.. :))


ok my main point here is : i was on the phone wit my mom,my sis and my lil bro..there is few thgs i wanna talk abt wit them actually 1. i want to knw wat game are they bough there..emm i heard my bro buying a drum set.( GAME ONE ya) not yet buying the real set..


2. i wanna inform my mom my graduation date wish is its gonna be on the 28th JUNE 2010..Yay...scared!!


btw in between the conversation with my mom, she was telling me abt my dad condition..health condition..emm its the only perfect time to talk abt it since he is not around my mom now..he went to tawau and sipadan.okey have fun there thn~~my mom told me tht my dad having sudden loss weight,pale,nocturia,  and often feel sleepy,pale. as medical student while taking medical complaint frm patient it so much important in oder to make a diagnosis..but when it come to ur family member..it more to fear..fear to knw the exact diagnosis..and yes i knw my dad having DM ( Diabetis melitus ) @ high sugar in blood..everytime i ask him..he will tell me he is fine..and all are normal.he even has his own glucosemetry at home..so he can monitor himself.
but he so reluctant to take medicine for it..as family history pre disposition to have DM and etc..im suggesting him to take medicine..and today i was able to xpln my mom the pathogenesis and the possible complication..but i knw my dad wont listen to me..and im insist my mom to persuade our panel Dr to xpln again to my dad..if he cant do it..it so frustrated things coz as a DR we shuld be able to do it..coz pain and tears are part of our life..and bla2..we need to have the strong point and power even it hurting ur patient but the main thing is to ensure and to safe ur patient life..one day ur patient will thank full to u aS DR..
And it more painful for Dr if patient are reluctant /when the treatment are unsuccessful..
and so do i as his daughter is so tearful when i get to knw my dad are still reluctant..pls i need u to take the medicine.you should knw how much I love u and how much evryone..and ech of ur children love u~~as much u love us..and it might more and infinity~~~


and i was telling my mom my wish to continue studying ..she seems reluctant..she wants me to b in msia.yes so do i ..i promising my self i will only continue studying if i get sponsorship..coz i knw its time for my other siblings to use money ya~~) insyallh God knw better wat is the best for me.




no matter wat i write now to overcome my feeling abt my dad..it just dosen't go..remain here in my heart..i pray for you and my other family members for our good health and wealthy and etc.

Important of ortopedic care

there is some important things tht i would like to share about ....

today after my therapy class which i was abt dying to keep my eyes open widely..i just so sleepy..but at the same time knw tht it so much important to keep on listening to the case study tht conducted abt joint diseases...which Dr larisa correlated it with LORD OF THE RING character..she just so dedicated and has such great skill in delivering and sharing her knowledge.:)

well wat much important story of the day is ..after class i went to accompanying dila to the orthopedic pharmacy there u can get consultation as well for free.tht the best part about russia...senang kan jumpa pakar.btw ..ortopedic mean pakar tulang2 ..dila was suggested to visit this clinic coz of her complain of flat foot.

so so ..alang2 sudah ..i also insist to ask the dr opinion abt my frequent back pain..or kind of muscle stiffness which not so pronounce as before after using the ortopedic matters support. than she want to have a look at my foot as well.coz it may b causes by the abnormalities on ur foot or anytg related..emmm and its kinda im having 1st degree of flat foot and my great toe kinda inwards towards my 2nd toe knw as HALLUX VALGUS..reffer her http://footandankle.mdmercy.com/conditions/bigtoe/hallux_valgus.html..bt mine nt as bad as in the picture on the side ya..:)

so to corrected it : The dr recommended us to wear the ortopedic insoles :

Long Time ago : on the way from Paris to moscow/kursk via london

okey here we begin with it was on the 2nd feb 2010,location holiday  villa, 3 star hotel own by datin ... tak ingat nama, so obviously its own by malaysian women, and so proud of it.they have few branches in malaysia especially.and i would like to recommended to any1 who might have trip to paris, and its better to booked online as price for online booking better than direct/ walk in price.here are link tht u might used to a booking side :http://www.holidayvillaparis.com/, or u may tru under  thie side http://www.booking.com/, which u can easily fine and good deal for hotel prices.and there is few other side that u might have a look. thru my experience its worth to do online research before u travel.same goes to air line fare..but i was making last minute trip decision so i have to pay almost full fare,but still the price not so bad .
ok here we go..back to the main story. on tht day diana and i seems so reluctant to fly back to russia..gosssh..the feeling surely wast tht good all the time when eva we start thinking abt kursk esp.Diana is my housemate and my partner in crime for ths eurotrip!!haahahaha..and due to my sudden planning to go back to msia..my head started to wanna burst out thinking on how to changed my booking ..my emirates open ticket from moscow to kl.was thinking to buy one way ticket to msia frm london but it seems so expensive..but its not easy as well to changed my moscow- kl coz it less thn 24hours notice.emmm so so so the feeling getting worst ..mixed up feeling mau balik msia juga!mahu juga!!and tak nak balik kursk!!tidak~~~~~~~~ so since after done packing my head keep on thinking ech possible way to go fly bck to msia..even went to nearest travelling agency.but it seems all are expensive!ok i dunt feel interested to continue abt ths sad story.

ok while i was panic abt ths damn planning , Diana tried to reach our friend back in kursk to fine us a cab for us from moscow-kursk.dah mls nak naik train!! kes malas dah ne~~and time tu lah credit phone tak ada!!so shitty rite..nasib lah kan leh guna internet there..so try to reach kak farah and kak hir tru fb..and yes..we got it!!ok so one prob settle

so so so after tht we started feel hungry.its abt lunch time!so we decided just to grab anytg from lafeyyate area..hug shopping mall kinda like harrods standard.u can get all designer stuff!!wow..and near by there we found one indian restaurant.ok hentam saja lah.mls sudah.and the kinda manager or owner of the restaurant was asking where we were frm..of coz we are from malaysia..and thn out of now way he suddenly mention abt Shah Rukh Han..emm i guess i spell it wrongly.and i was kinda blur and say ooooooohh yes yes..hahahhaha thn he started explaning me tht most of the bollywood actress ever been to his restaurant..and he even show us all those pics after we finish our lunch!!wat a story

okey thn we went for small shopping there..and and thn run back to the hotel as our driver from the hotel will drive us to airport at 4pm.

it was only 1 hour flight paris-london. thn in london i tot it supposed to be long transit.but it wasnt.just abt 1 hour plus.luckily did check on the boarding pass.if not we will like spending more time on choosing wii/ box ..emm we managed to grab x box and 2 guitar hero ..yay!!thn we left abt 20mints before boarding time, and there i was just realized shitzzz I LOST MY JACKET~aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! no.check it out bck at the toilet and there is no more there~wow..where is my jacket.how can i forget abt it.its not journey back to msia..its to russia..where there is bloody bad weather! went tru lost and found counter and yes i get my jacket back.i tot i was almost miss my flight..and if tht happened myb tht mean i shuld just fly bck to msia! hahaah

thn reach moscow after 4 hours flight.and yet i wasted few hours emm myb 1 hour to double confrm my ticket   either i can fly back to msia or not..but end up the result was NO..okey..it was fucking shitzz feeling..cant xpln it.i was so sad,not so tired but prefer to sleep bt its kinda cold!the damn driver keep on open up the window for fresh air.and best part when he said he is sleepy and need fresh air to make him awake.WTF.Why dunt he just let me drive since its an auto car!asiiiihhhhh..thn there is one point when he was drive tru one area which full of snow.and i tot okey it might be a small short cut road.BUT Its not when the car suddenly stuck and seems stuck on the snow!!and yes we are stuck on the snow and ice!aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..it was took us abt 30mints ..trying and trying..he tried to push the car.and i handle the gear, accelerate and control the steering..but i dosent work ..untill one point 3 of us , diana,the driver and  i tried to pull the car ..wat a funny thgs..wt the snow..the ice..and it was CCCCCCOOOOOLLLLLD..!! Almost feed up!!and almost asked him to walk to the main road and asked for hlp.But luckily there is the truck tht used to clean the snow on the road side..yes!! Saviour of the day!

thn we able to reach kursk around almost 3pm local russia time..it wasnt a good feeling but at last we reach kursk after all ths shitty crappy thgs tht happend!:P

Eurortip 2010

undecided trip ..and last minute preparation dosent turn out tht bad~~ due to recession everyone bcom'e stingy @ kedekut..aishh.but end up due to sympathy maka d benarkan lah juga pergi..but seriously i believed if travelling by our own money tht we earn myb lain pulak cerita n rasa nya kan :)) well as final year student insyalh i feel thankful and great wit this trip

we been to : London, Amsterdam and Paris ...
London is my 2nd visit and yet i still love London..and the oxford street ~~~~haven..
Amsterdam and paris are both place tht i alwz dream to go~~and yay..end up dpt juga pergi..
Amsterdam i shuld come back again..wasnt have enough time~~ :) but the experience was so great!!
even finding way how to reach Paris from Amsterdam was really challenging and fun!! till today i still woder.do they only have one train company to Paris from Amsterdam / Brussel and near by places..train fare Ams- Paris by Thyls train almost cost about 130eruo ++ one way per person..
end up we finding another route : amsterdam -brussel ( 24euro) and thn brussel - paris again only by thyls but ast lest it was cost only abt 60euro..so total wont be as expensive as Ams- Paris..
thyls train such as fast train and providing Wifi  inside the train and only took us 1 hour frm brussel to paris.even almost miss the train incase we get stuck in brussel center station..so reminder and info for anyone who wann travel internationally frm brussel.dont stop at brussel central station but the next one called brussel-zuih ( sumthg like tht lah..cant remember).

Paris was such a country tht i eva wish to stayed and get PR..but i thk i changed my mind
btw Paris still such as great place to visit..esp those who love shopping but this time we more into visiting museum ( lourve museum ,effil tour, cathedral and of coz Desneyland )..kids shuld go to Desneyland..even i love it esp the adult section..wow..fantastic..all the rides was shaking my brain and my soul..love it..
and yg mahal nyer tu..we did meet up few of our unimate KSMU here and few other malaysia yg sombong giler..and ada juga sgt friendly..terjumpa gan malaysian yg used to be stayed at same hotel Holliday villa tht happen to be their parents tht on the morning before we leaving to desney asking where we goin..emmm really wat such a small word..

nigh tour paris was cool..really cool~~

sudden planning to fly bck to msia after ths trip didnt turn up as how i wish...ticket so expensive!!

btw overall i love this trip ...with all the memories..fall down at the escalator Auber @ opera station just a sign as we shuld at least have a look at the opera building..
