Important of ortopedic care

there is some important things tht i would like to share about ....

today after my therapy class which i was abt dying to keep my eyes open widely..i just so sleepy..but at the same time knw tht it so much important to keep on listening to the case study tht conducted abt joint diseases...which Dr larisa correlated it with LORD OF THE RING character..she just so dedicated and has such great skill in delivering and sharing her knowledge.:)

well wat much important story of the day is ..after class i went to accompanying dila to the orthopedic pharmacy there u can get consultation as well for free.tht the best part about russia...senang kan jumpa pakar.btw ..ortopedic mean pakar tulang2 ..dila was suggested to visit this clinic coz of her complain of flat foot.

so so ..alang2 sudah ..i also insist to ask the dr opinion abt my frequent back pain..or kind of muscle stiffness which not so pronounce as before after using the ortopedic matters support. than she want to have a look at my foot as well.coz it may b causes by the abnormalities on ur foot or anytg related..emmm and its kinda im having 1st degree of flat foot and my great toe kinda inwards towards my 2nd toe knw as HALLUX VALGUS..reffer her http://footandankle.mdmercy.com/conditions/bigtoe/hallux_valgus.html..bt mine nt as bad as in the picture on the side ya..:)

so to corrected it : The dr recommended us to wear the ortopedic insoles :

    ortopedic insoles : different type of foot will need different type of it .

and to corrected my hallux valgus : Dr recommended to wear sumthg like rubber thgs tht i need to put in between great toe and 2nd toe:

   tht the things..the white rubber stuff..:)
